Free Shuttle Service

The free shuttle, provided by Universal Studios Hollywood, will conveniently take you to CityWalk Hollywood and Universal Studios Hollywood. This shuttle service runs 7 days a week, with pick-ups approximately every 10-15 minutes.

Los Angeles Metro Rail

Sheraton Universal Hotel sits just steps from the Metro Transit Rail - Red Line. This line gives guests quick and easy access to stops such as Downtown Los Angeles, Union Square and the Civic Center. Free On-site Parking is available at the Universal City stop.

To ride the Metro: Nearest Metro stop is at the bottom of Universal Hill and across the street on Lankershim Blvd.

Fares: Metro’s base fare is $1.50. You can pay cash when you board a Metro bus (bus operators don't carry change, so you'll need exact fare) or buy and add value to a reusable TAP card from TAP vending machines at Metro Rail or Metro Orange Line stations.

Burbank Airport  (BUR)

This convenient, friendly airport is a quick 15 minutes from the hotel. It provides the best access to and from Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. It’s the closest airport to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Disney, Warner Bros., Universal Studios and much more.

Ontario International Airport (ONT)
