For groups: a one hour Private Tram Tour with pick-up and drop-off at the Ballroom Circle of the Sheraton Universal Hotel may be arranged through the Special Events Department of the Theme Park as an off-site activity for your attendees. All Private Trams seat 150 people and tours are available at $25.00 per person (minimum $1,000.00). The shuttle hours to Universal Studios Hollywood are from 10am - 4:30pm.
